    Special Worship News

    For All Worship Services
We respectfully ask that you pre-register online to attend worship at Our Saviour every week. When you attend a worship service, you can ask to be registered for the same service the following week. If  you are unsure of your worship plans, please register online yourself or call the office to be registered by the deadline. Because we are nearing capacity in some services, please contact the office to be removed if your plans change after you pre-register; this will make room for others to attend. Please help us to serve and protect all who desire to worship at Our Saviour. Masks are required for all (except those 2 and under) while in the building.

    Worship Registration
If you don't see the event/worship service you want in the 'Featured' section of our website (, click on 'Events List' or 'Full Calendar' to find it. Pre-registration is becoming more important as we are seeing more people return to worship, especially at the 9:15am service. Capacity limits are based on the number and size of families so please register as one unit if you plan to sit together. Registration is open no later than 6 days prior to the scheduled worship service.

    Parking Lot Communion
During the 9:15am in-house worship, we offer parking lot communion. Sign up online and indicate that you will be in the parking lot. The area just past the overhang (please drive in and face south toward the parking lot) is available and so is our guest wi-fi to assist you with streaming the service. At the end of communion distribution inside, communion will be brought out to your car.

    Changes for Lent

         *   Please register online the same as you do for regular Thursday and Sunday worship services.
         *   Two separate classes - one adult led by Pastor Dave and the other family class led by Pastor Ros will be held each
Wednesday from 5:15pm to 6:15pm between services. See additional articles below and the February issue of The

    Be 'In The Know'
February brings Lent and this special time will bring more worshippers to church. Be sure to read the February issue of The Voice for some very good information on how to worship safely while protecting others during the pandemic, why pre-registration is important and more. If you don't have a copy of The Voice, find it online or call the church office to request to have a copy mailed to you.

    40 Days for Life News
The 6-week 40 Days for Life walk against abortion will begin on Ash Wednesday, February 17th. Please consider joining myself and others to walk during the LCMS time slot from 1-2pm. We walk every Wednesday during Lent but you can come as you are able. We walk on the right of way (sidewalk) by the Red Robin on Oneida Street (Planned Parenthood is in that mall). If you would like to come but need a ride, I would be happy to pick you up. If there are any questions I can answer about this event, please feel free to call me at (920) 680-5503. Thank you.        1) Complete the Sunday school registration form (just once per family) at; and

NYG Interest Form - The Time is Drawing Near!
Planning for the 2022 National Youth Gathering in Houston, TX is underway...and it's just a little more than one year away! Youth currently in grades 7-11 are eligible to attend; adults age 21 and older are invited to apply to be a chaperone with Our Saviour's group. Click the word here - YOUTH or CHAPERONE - to register your interest. Our wide-eyed goal is to register 50 youth (we are currently around 25) plus chaperones!

    Boards and Committees

    2020 Giving Statements
Giving statements were mailed or emailed on or before January 27, 2021. Some of you also received amended statements. If you have not received your statement yet, please contact the office for another to be sent.

    OSLC’s  2021 Budget
Due to pandemic, we did not hold a voters meeting in 2020 to approve the 2021 budget. Because of that, the Board of Personnel & Finance and the Parish Planning Council approved the 2021 budget on December 14. For the entire article written by our Congregation President regarding the budget and voters meeting, please see the January 2021 issue of The Voice available at You may also see the January 2021 Church Council minutes and the budget on the website under News and Updates.

    LWML and Mite Collection
This is just a friendly reminder that we are collecting Mites per usual. You are asked to please put your Mites in a plastic bag or envelope, keeping your Mite Box to reuse. Contact the church office to schedule a drop off day and time. Check out the February issue of The Voice for a breakdown of what has been accomplished with the Mites collected on the National level, as well as how far we still have to go before the June convention in Lexington. We are very thankful for your involvement in our LWML missions. --- In His service, Sandy Groth and Debbi Young.

    Offering Envelope Update
OSLC still uses offering envelopes for those that want them. Numbered envelopes are not required to have your gifts to the church recorded. We record all gifts received by check or that provide name and address information to identify you in the database. If you have not yet picked up your envelopes for 2021, please contact the office to let Michelle know that 1) you no longer want/need envelopes for this year or in the future; 2) she should mail them (you will get one envelope per month and a few extras); 3) you want to schedule a time/day to pick up envelopes during office hours; or 4) you want them kept in the office until a time in the future when you can safely pick them up. Offering envelopes will still be available after attending worship provided you pre-register by the print deadline (month of February only). Thank you.

    Trinity Faculty Award Nominations
Our principal, Mr. Andrew Strickland, was nominated for the Herb Kohl Education Foundation. He has gone through many steps in this process and, in true Mr. Strickland fashion, does not want to brag on himself. But the rest of the faculty wants you to know that he has been moved to the Statewide Finalist Level! We are so proud of him, and what he has brought to our school these past 3 years.  Congratulations, Mr. Strickland! We wish you God's blessings!
We also have two teachers who were nominated for the Greater Green Bay Chamber's Golden Apple Awards, Mrs. Karbash (3-4 grade) and Mrs. Beaumont (2nd grade).  The Golden Apple Awards program strives to improve awareness of the quality education in our area by recognizing high standards of professionalism, leadership and innovation in teaching.
