Special Worship and Bible Study News

IMPORTANT: Sunday School and Youth Activities Update
OSLC will NOT hold Sunday school for the next two Sundays - October 10 and October 17. OSLC Preschool will continue to have classes next week (October 11-15). Youth Night on October 13 is cancelled. The change to Sunday school is due to 1) using a shared space with Green Bay Trinity which will hold only virtual classes for all grades next week; and 2) an overlapping student population with Green Bay Trinity.

ENGAGING The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
It's not too late for you to join this class based on the bestselling book by Steven R. Covey. Learn to engage these simple but powerful habits - they will weave themselves into your faith-life. Come Tuesdays at 9am or Wednesdays at 6pm. Both classes are available via Zoom as well (your email address is needed to send the link). Call the church office at (920) 468-4065 to reserve your seat. Pastor Dave is the guide for this course.

The October newsletter is now available. Contact the office for a printed copy (can be picked up at OSLC during office hours or mailed to your home) or visit our website (click 'Ministries' then 'News and Updates').

    Protocols and Communion
COVID protocols are below, separated by the service day and times to which they apply:
Thursday 12:15pm and Sunday 7:45am - Masks required (unless age 2 or under); social distancing; no singing. Communion will be served in the pews with the prefilled cups.
Thursday 6:30pm and Sunday 9:15am and 10:45am - No protocols. Communion at the rail with wine and wafer.

    Communion Outside of Inside Worship
During the 9:15am in-house worship, we offer parking lot communion. Contact the church by NOON on Friday if you plan to stay in your vehicle and have communion brought to you after distribution during the 9:15am service on any given Sunday. Pastor will also visit you at home; call the office anytime to schedule.

    Tuesday 9am Ladies Bible Study
Join Pastor Dave and the Bible and Brunch group at 9am on Tuesdays. Classes from October 5-November 9 will mirror the Wednesday night '7 Habits' classes.  NO CLASS WILL BE HELD ON OCTOBER 12.

Join Us for a One Night Bible Study
Debbi Young and Sandy Groth invite you to join them for a Bible Study which was written by Stephenie Hovland. This one day event will be held on Monday, November 8 at 1:00pm in the OSLC Library/Parlor. We ask you to RSVP to Sandy Groth (920-680-5503) or Debbi Young (920-737-2651) so that we have enough materials printed.

    Watch for Playing Children
With more than 130 students (in grades 3K to 8) in the building on any given day, we ask that you drive into and thru the parking lot with care on school days. Student drop off (7:45-8am) and pick up (2:45-3:30pm) on school days may cause lines of cars to block parking spots, etc. Please avoid arriving or leaving during these times when possible.
